Commuted Leave - Kerala Service Rules - Facts to know
‘Commuted leave’ means leave taken under Rule 84.
As per the existing rules, commuted leave shall be granted to an officer in permanent employ, subject to the conditions, specified in Rule 84 part I, Kerala Service Rules, on the basis of medical certificates only.
