Government employee to win Rs 1 crore on Kaun Banega Crorepati 12

IPS officer Mohita Sharma is second crorepati on 'KBC 12. The 2017-batch IPS officer is posted in Bari Brahmana, Jammu and Kashmir.Sharma is married to an IFS officer, and it was his dream to be on KBC. She cleared the civil services exams in fifth attempt.

When asked any regret for not knowing the Rs 7 crore question, the answer was tremendous " It was my husband's dream to be on the show. He was trying to be on the show for the last 20 years. I was just living his dream by sitting on the hot seat. "

Most of the people have in their mind whether government employees participate in the show or not. This is purely depended on the department they are working. In  2017 also two civil employees Anuradha Agarwal and Dr Vinay Goyal, got popularity on winning  'KBC 9'.
